Most of my life was spent behind hospital walls-caring for patients, studying treatments, and working closely with medical research.
I began my journey as a registered nurse, spending 16 years in healthcare, caring for patients and seeing firsthand how chronic health problems affected everyday lives.
Driven by my curiosity to understand diseases more deeply, I went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Clinical Research from the University of London. I later led a clinical research team for 12 years, where I worked closely with research studies and patient outcomes.
I loved the science-but what stayed with me most was seeing how many people struggled with health issues that might have been prevented earlier.
What if we could stop these health problems before they even begin?
That question changed my direction. Instead of focusing only on treatment, I shifted my focus to prevention-helping people understand their bodies, make better daily choices, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health.
Today, I support busy men and women who want to reduce body fat, regain energy, and restore their health-not through extreme dieting or exhausting workouts, but through practical, science-backed methods that fit into real life.
